1:1 Healing & Coaching Sessions:
Regular private sessions where we work deeply with what’s present for you.

Flexible 75 min 1:1 Sessions:
Book in when you need it. With a minimum of 2 weeks between sessions.

Private 1:1 Integration Support:
Ongoing coaching via WhatsApp between sessions for the moments you need grounding, perspective, accountability, or to simply have someone in your corner.

Twice-weekly Check In’s:
I’ll personally check your messages twice a week, with additional support when my capacity allows.

I’m your guide, healer, and coach throughout Embodied + Expansive.
Here’s a little snippet of my own journey.
As a young woman, I used to see my hyper-independence as such a strength, and wear my productivity as a badge of honour. BUT, working as a Graphic Designer, and then as a Secondary Teacher got me incredibly burnt out because I was working so damn hard to show my worth.
I never stopped, because I was scared to be in stillness. I wasn’t allowed to receive, because I had to “earn” my success. However, it all changed in my late 20’s when I had my dark night of the soul (and everything came crashing down).
I focused my time on healing myself - mind, body, and spirit. I then quit my job, studied, and wanted to focus my time on helping other women, and built my own business in a way that honours my nervous system.
Today, I can say that I’m living the life that I dreamed of.
My mission in my work is to be of service to women, and guide them in their own healing.
Embodied + Expansive is a program that is a deeply nourishing love letter to yourself.

A) This is both coaching and nervous system healing. We look at the business, but more so the woman behind it. Because your business can’t rise, until the woman behind it does. We will explore the beliefs, patterns, nervous system responses, and self-trust that influences how you show up in your work, offers, pricing and growth.
B) Most other business coaches focus primarily on strategy, and they usually provide a cookie cutter approach.
However, knowing that 5% of success is strategy, and 95% is energetics, my focus is looking at the woman BEHIND the business, because you can have the perfect strategy, but still find yourself hiding, overthinking, procrastinating, and playing small. When you rise, so does your business. We look at the subconscious beliefs, pattern, identity, trauma etc that is holding you back from the growth you’re desiring. It all starts with you.

You’re definitely not alone. Visibility can bring up a lot of subconscious beliefs, patterns and emotions. You may feel a fear of judgement, perfectionism, self-doubt and feeling like you want to crawl into a cave and hide. But trust me, it is common, and something that we can work through.
We’ll work with what’s happening underneath the surface; the resistance, beliefs, fear, so that you can become more visible from a place of safety and self-trust rather than forcing yourself through fear.

As a trauma-informed practitioner and coach, we will be working deeply with your subconscious, which includes fears, beliefs, patterns and yes, at times trauma too. As a Kinesiologist and Mind Body Medicine practitioner I will be using a wide range of kinesiology techniques, somatic healing, visualisations and activations, inner child healing, and many more, to help you get to the root of an issue and guide you to embody this new expansion of self.
I’m also a certified Tarot Reader, Medium, and Reiki Master, so intuition within our sessions together is an important tool that’s used. I also encourage you to connect with your intuition throughout our work together.
Please note, this is a business coaching and personal development container. Whilst our work explores patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that help you show up in business, it is not a substitute for psychological therapy or medical care.

A) No, you don’t need to know exactly what you would like to work on before we begin. You just have to know that you’re ready for the next level in your business. I’ll meet you where you are, we will create clarity around what matters most, and allow the work to evolve as you do.
B) You don’t need to be at a certain income level. You could be early in your business or more experienced. E+E isn’t for a failing business, it’s for the woman that is ready to uplevel, grow boldly, without abandoning herself, whatever stage you’re at.

In this program, you will receive 1:1 integration support via WhatsApp, in-between our sessions. How does this work? Well, you are able to leave text or voice notes in the app, and I will check these and reply twice a week (maybe more if I get a chance to). This is for the moments you need grounding, perspective, accountability, or simply to have someone in your corner.
*When leaving voice messages, you will need to ensure they are no longer than 5 mins, in order to keep them concise and get straight to the point. I will also return VMs with the same limit to ensure they are quick, to the point, and help you take action quickly.

Sometimes you’ll have weeks where you’ll feel great and want to go deep, and take action quickly. Whereas, other weeks you’ll need time to integrate the work we’ve done and take time to put things into practice, or even have a rest. That’s why this container is 3 months - so you have space to integrate. Contact me & book your next session when you’re ready.
There is also no required amount of sessions for this container. You book in when you need it, with a minimum of 2 weeks between sessions to allow for integration. This is the perfect time to use our 1:1 integration support (coaching).

When you sign up to E+E, you are committing to the full 12 weeks. For the best results, you will need to show up and do the deep inner work. Signing up to this coaching container is a big step in your healing journey, so congrats! You may even notice fear coming up after signing up and that’s completely normal - it’s your body & mind responding to you being open to change. Stefanie is committed to showing up 100% to all calls/sessions, and she asks that you show your commitment too, so because of this there is no refund once we start the program.
