Ideal for initial and follow up sessions.
Holistic Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine work together in understanding symptoms of the mind and body, and allow us to go to the root cause of the stress or issue. In our first session we will get to know each other and go through a client intake (history). The balance will be tailored to your needs by setting an intention and goal at the beginning of the balance.
Techniques used throughout balances may include acupressure, counselling, nutrition and diet, neurological approaches and energetic medicine. This allows you to bring more balance and harmony into your life.
Depending on the area of focus, a treatment plan will be discussed with you during the balance.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your session. If less than 24hrs is given, a consultation fee of 30% will apply. If there is a ‘no-show’, 100% of the cost will be payable. Cancelled sessions can be re-scheduled for another time — please contact me for this.
